We are a fully licensed, bonded, and insured general contracting firm providing a complete range of design and construction services throughout the Washington, D.C., Virginia, and Maryland metro region. We design and build using the most advanced green materials on the market today. C. Emilio Guerra, the founder and principal of Green Dwellings, LLC, has more than 10 years experience in design & construction with natural and non-toxic materials.

B.A., Industrial Design, Bogota, Colombia
M.A., Industrial/Product Design, Pratt Institute, Brooklyn, NY
Certificate in sustainable and environmental design, ECOSA Institute, Prescott, AZ. Intensive professional certification program. Concentration in principals of green architecture, solar energy, wind power, permaculture, passive heating and cooling, recycling and reusing, environmental safety and renewable products.
