"In 2022, I worked with Emilio and Green Dwellings on a major kitchen renovation. The complicated kitchen project (which involved removing a load bearing wall) grew into other projects (new wood flooring and pulling wood panels out of a room, putting up drywall and painting). Throughout, Emilio was exceptional: responsive, communicative, transparent about costs and timelines, and excellent attention to detail. In addition to all the great contracting work, Emilio offered a couple of great design ideas (like open storage in the kitchen) that worked great. He's got a great capacity for the construction but also has creative vision - a unique combination! I really enjoyed working with Emilio and could not be happier with the outcome. Emilio became like family over the course of the time we worked together - he's trustworthy, thoughtful, kind, and diligent. He has my highest recommendation."

The first project involved finishing our basement, which included the installation of a brand-new full bathroom. Emilio and his team executed the job exactly as hoped, following our very detailed design preferences. Our second project with Emilio involved renovating our original master bathroom, dating back to 1918. Once again, his team executed the transformation exactly to spec.
