The Founder: C. Emilio Guerra
C. Emilio Guerra is a visionary entrepreneur with a diverse background in design, construction, and sustainability. Graduating with a Bachelor of Industrial Design in 1990, Guerra's passion for innovation led him to pursue further studies, earning a Master of Industrial Design from Pratt Institute in 1998. In 2000, he embarked on his entrepreneurial journey, founding his own construction business, marking the inception of his commitment to shaping spaces with creativity and functionality.
Recognizing the importance of sustainability in design and construction, Guerra expanded his expertise by completing a certificate program in Sustainable Design at the Ecosa Institute in Prescott, AZ in 2003. This marked a pivotal moment in his career as he began integrating environmentally friendly principles into his projects starting in 2004, paving the way for a more eco-conscious approach within the industry.
Continuing his dedication to professional development, Guerra obtained a Construction Project Management certification through Columbia University/Emeritus in 2021, enhancing his leadership skills and project execution capabilities. In 2024, he furthered his qualifications by obtaining Lead Removal for Renovation, Repair, and Painting Certification from Zack Academy, demonstrating his commitment to safety and compliance in all aspects of his work.
